This year at wrestling our coach gave us a chain link. It is a symbol of every one has to hold there own part in team. The chains stick together because all of the chain links do their part. If you dont have it if someone catches you without it you have do 25 push-ups.
That wrestling program at Boltz is A+ awesome! Love all the great team building stuff and life lessons it teaches!
